Getting Paid, Cleanly

Administry's invoicing feature lets you create and send professional invoices to your clients directly from the platform. Payments are collected via Stripe or Square — whichever you prefer — and every payment received is automatically recorded in your chart of accounts as income.

When a client pays an invoice, Administry marks it paid, records the transaction in your books (net of processing fees), and sends the client a receipt. Overdue invoices trigger automatic reminder emails on a schedule you control. Because invoicing and accounting are connected in Administry, there's no manual data entry to reconcile what you billed against what you received. Your P&L always reflects the current state of your revenue.
